We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Sales Manager in China to be our key driver.

Role & key responsibilities
As our Sales Manager in China, you will be responsible for the full scope of our commercial operations and business development. You will work closely with our International team to define and execute the strategy that will establish our brand and grow our market share.
Strategic growth & business development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Chinese market. Identify new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and manage high-level negotiations with distributors, agents, and direct clients.
Relationship & account management: Cultivate and grow long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction that reflects our company's values.
Market intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends and anticipate customer needs, adapting our global strategies to the local context.
Performance & reporting: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and product teams to localize strategies and ensure seamless collaboration. Ensure full compliance with local regulations and ethical business practices.

Mandatory languages: You must be a native Mandarin speaker. Proficiency in advanced English and/or Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
Qualifications: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
Mobility: Willingness to travel across China and internationally when required.
